Safety

Your safety comes before any exercise here

Relationship work assumes both people can speak freely and disagree without fear. Where that is not true, joint work can make things harder. This page explains how RKINDLE handles that, and what it cannot do.

What RKINDLE can and cannot do

What RKINDLE can do

  • Ask you privately about how safe and free you feel, and keep that entirely to yourself.
  • Adjust what RKINDLE offers you, so you are not pushed toward joint exercises that would not be appropriate.
  • Point you toward support information you can read in your own time.
  • Let you stop, unlink or leave at any point without explaining yourself to anyone.

What RKINDLE cannot do

  • RKINDLE is not an emergency service and cannot send help.
  • No one at RKINDLE reads your answers as they arrive or watches your account in real time.
  • RKINDLE cannot detect abuse, dishonesty or danger from your answers, and it never claims to.
  • RKINDLE is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, legal advice or mediation.
  • RKINDLE will never tell you that a safety concern has been resolved.

The private safety check

Before anything shared begins, each partner answers a short private set of questions. Only you ever see your answers — not your partner, and not as part of any shared summary.

Based on fixed rules — never a judgement made by an AI — RKINDLE decides what it is appropriate to offer you. Sometimes that means everything. Sometimes it means the joint features are not available.

If shared features are limited, your partner sees only that some shared features are unavailable. They are never told why, and never told what either of you answered.

You can complete the safety check again later. RKINDLE will never tell you that a concern has been cleared or resolved.

This isn’t available right now

Some shared RKINDLE features are unavailable right now. Your private information and personal tools remain available to you.

An example of the neutral wording both partners would see. It gives no information about either person’s answers.

Support resources

Support services differ by country, and out-of-date crisis information can cause real harm. We will publish a maintained, location-aware list rather than guess.

Local support information is being prepared

Verified support services for your region will appear here once they can be kept accurate and up to date. In the meantime, please use your local emergency number or a national support service you trust.
